Race Schedule

Spending a day watching vintage racing can be very enjoyable. Tracks such as Lime Rock Park located in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains provide a beautiful setting for a picnic lunch and a leisurely afternoon. Some tracks, such as Virginia International Raceway have first class amenities such as clubhouses and condominiums.

The people you will meet are invariably interesting and fun loving. You can't be in this sport unless you have a sense of humor. The participants and the spectators typically share a love of the automobile and a penchant for speed. However all who come to watch seem to get caught up in the excitement that is auto racing. Don't make the mistake of thinking that you need to have grease under your fingernails to enjoy this sport, it is contagious. Although if you show up when we're there we might put you to work in the pit.

So pack a lunch, grab a blanket and come out to cheer for your favorite driver, make of car, color or number. Some people have even been known to come out and cheer for their grandfather.
